Leah Brewer, NALP, CAM, CAS, ApartMentor, has developed effective methods to increase apartment occupancies in her 30+ industry years, from a leasing consultant to a consultant for leasing. With battlefield experience in leasing, management and marketing, Leah ensures that the skills she teaches have been tested and tried first-hand. Her humor and industry anecdotes, passionate presentations and participant-centered learning activities inspire attendees to learn, believe, retain and implement successful new ideas.
Known as “The Leasing Queen”, Leah established Full House Marketing in 1995, offering services that help apartment communities have their own “full house” with customized marketing, staffing and training solutions. Leah is a Charter Member of the DMAA (Detroit) and served on their Board of Directors and Michigan’s PMAM State Board as Secretary. She maintains membership in all Michigan NAA affiliates, volunteers on many committees and has won industry awards for her marketing campaigns, her education initiatives, her team’s volunteerism and her leadership in fair housing. Leah is on the faculty of NAA’s Education Institute and teaches both the CAM and NALP designation courses, and has served as a Team Instructor of NAAEI’s Advanced Instructor Training series.
Andi Kolhoff is our controller with over 20 years of experience with Full House. Andi leads the financial and HR team and is responsible for technology procurement. During free time, Andi enjoys long walks with Chubby, her hamster and imbibing in Prohibition-Era cocktails.
Rebecca celebrates more than 20 years in her property management career spanning from a leasing consultant to a regional director. Her accolades include successfully initiating and managing a corporate suite program expanding her company’s market, services and income. In addition, four years with a major industry publication endowed Rebecca with extensive experience as an advertising and marketing business partner. This blend of on-site, corporate and marketing experience is what makes Rebecca the ideal consultant and training expert in helping each client create their own “full house”. Rebecca is now President and “Leasing Queen” of Full House Marketing, Inc. ® in North Carolina, with offices in Raleigh and Charlotte. Rebecca served on the Board of Directors for the Triad Apartment Association (Greensboro, NC) as Secretary after two terms on the Board of Directors of the Triangle Apartment Association (Raleigh, NC). She is actively involved in four North Carolina NAA affiliate associations and won Vendor/Supplier Team of the Year from The Triangle Apartment Association. In addition to earning her CALP and CAM designations she teaches CALP, CAM and CAPS modules. She is on the faculty of NAAEI, and a graduate of their Advanced Instructor Training. Rebecca enjoys running, salsa and travel.
